2nd Anniversary Sale
This May marks our 2nd Birthday! We can’t believe it’s only been two years. Anyway, to celebrate we have a heap of announcements and, of course, a sale!
Mayday Vacation
The beginning of may is a national holiday in China. Our office (as well as most of the local logistics network) will be shut down for the holiday. This will cause some disruption to our services. We will do our best to limit the disruption. Please be patient during this time.
May 1st - May 4th: Our staff will be on holiday. There'll be no live chat and no email replies.
May 5th - May 8th: Many of our staff will be at the Shanghai Bike Show. During this period there will be no live chat and email replies will be delayed.
May 12th: We'll be back at work, but the backlog of emails may take us some time to get through.
Shipping times: Due to the shutdown of both local logistics and our suppliers, shipping times throughout May will also be affected. Expect around 1-2 weeks of delay on top of regular shipping times.
