What is Panda Podium?

Panda podium is your one-stop-shop for great value bike parts from the far east. These days there are some great bike components coming out of Asia, but there’s also a lot of poor quality, badly designed, counterfeit or down-right dangerous products too. Panda Podium cherry picks the best components from the best manufacturers to give you a range of trustworthy products to choose from.

Why don’t you sell brand XXX ?

We’re adding brands all the time, we have over 50 brands on our road-map. However, because we’re strict about who we sell and the requirements for their quality control, it can take a while to get things set in place. The best thing you can do is sign up to our newsletter, we’ll send updates when we add new brands and products.

Is your website safe?

Yes! Payments are handled by PayPal and all transactions are carried out over 128-bit SSL. In addition; our servers are housed in Google’s data centers in the USA, so your data is safe from prying eyes.

How much is shipping?

You can find more information on our shipping page, but put briefly; all prices seen on the website including shipping unless otherwise stated. There are very few exceptions such as very large items to very remote countries. (Sorry if you’re looking to buy a static trainer for your Antarctic research lab.)

How long will my goods take to arrive?

This is going to depend on which country you’re in and which shipping method you choose. In general standard shipping will take around a month and express shipping will take about half that. Currently our site is in BETA and shipping times are longer than usual as we work to optimize our logistics systems.
