NATIONAL DAY HOLIDAY NOTICE / SHIPPING UPDATES

Just a heads-up that the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays are coming up! It’s a special time of year when companies across the country temporarily shut down so everyone can take a well-deserved break and spend quality time with their families.

While our site will stay open 24/7, our team, suppliers, and shipping partners will be taking time off, so we’ll have a few service changes you should know about:

• Shipping & Fulfillment: Outbound shipping will temporarily pause starting September 29th. As soon as our warehouse returns on October 8th, we’ll be working through orders strictly in the sequence they were received. Getting gear out to riders as fast as possible is our main priority, and we’ll be hustling to get your packages moving!

• Live Chat Support: For urgent matters during the break, limited tawk.to Live Chat support will be available during the following hours (GMT+8 / China Time):

  • Oct 5: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Oct 6: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Oct 7: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Emails & Inquiries: Since suppliers and couriers nationwide will be offline, external tracking updates won’t be available during the holiday. Email responses will be delayed and answered sequentially once we return on October 8th.
