As we prepare to welcome the Year of the Horse, our team will be taking a short break to celebrate with family and friends. While we look forward to the festivities, we want to ensure you have all the details regarding our holiday schedule and shipping timelines.

Holiday Schedule: February 14th – February 24th

Please note that current product lead times and courier closures mean that orders placed from now until the end of the holiday will be shipped after the break.

What This Means For You:

Customer Support: We will be away from Feb 14 – Feb 24. Our inbox remains open, and we will respond to everyone in the order received once we return.

Urgent Help: Need immediate assistance? Catch us on Tawk.to during China business hours (9:00–11:30 and 14:30–17:00) on February 20, 21, and 22.

Order Processing: Operations resume on February 25. All orders will be dispatched one by one as quickly as possible upon our return.

Shipping & Delivery: * Expect a slight delay as we clear the holiday backlog and complete our quality control checks.
