May Holiday and Shanghai Show Updates
Just a quick heads up on a couple of things happening in early May.
The start of May is a national holiday period here in China, and like most of the country, we’ll be taking a short break.
You are welcome to still place orders during this time and your gear will arrive sooner if you do, but there will be some small interruptions to regular service during this time.
Here’s what that means:
May 1st – May 5th:
Our team is on holiday → There will be no live chat or email replies during this timeMay 5th – May 8th:
We’ll be at the Shanghai Bike Show → Replies will be slower than usualMay 6th – May 9th:
We’ll have limited live chat support available for anything urgentFrom May 11th
We’re back in full, but working through a backlog, so replies may take a little time
Shipping times:
Because both logistics networks and suppliers are also affected, shipping throughout May will be a bit slower than usual.
We know delays aren’t ideal, and we’ll do everything we can to keep things moving smoothly.
