1. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Panda Podium, China Cycling, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are excluded from entering.

• This giveaway is void where prohibited by local law.

2. Entry Period

• The giveaway begins on 5th May 2026 and concludes on 8th May 2026.

• Entries must be submitted via the official sign-up form before the daily cutoff time of 3pm Beijing Time to be eligible for that day’s draw.

3. How to Enter

To validly enter the giveaway, participants must:

1. Complete the "Simple Question" on the official entry form.

2. Provide a valid email address and agree to subscribe to the Panda Podium newsletter.

3. Limit: Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will not increase your chance of winning. Attempts to cheat the system will lead to disqualification. If you have previously signed up to the newsletter, you can still enter this giveaway. If you have previously unsubscribed from the newsletter, entering the giveaway will re-subscribe you.

4. Prizes

• There are four (4) prizes available in total.

• Each prize consists of one (1) Panda Podium voucher worth $500 USD.

• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Vouchers are valid for use at pandapodium.cc.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

• One winner will be selected at random each day of the show from all valid entries received up to that point.

• Winners will be announced by China Cycling starting on Day 2 of the show.

• Winners will also be notified via the email address provided in the sign-up form within 7 Days of the announcement.

6. Claiming the Prize

• Winners must respond to the notification email within 14 days to claim their voucher.

• If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, Panda Podium reserves the right to select an alternative winner or forfeit the prize.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

• By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from Panda Podium. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

• Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Panda Podium Privacy Policy. We will never sell your data to third parties.

8. General Conditions

• Panda Podium reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.

• Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
