Holiday Notice: China’s Golden Week
Just a heads-up that China’s National Day holiday, also known as Golden Week, is happening from October 1st through October 7th.
This is a major holiday, and most of the country takes a break.
While our site will stay open for business, we’ll have a few temporary service changes you should know about:
- Shipping: All our domestic Chinese couriers will be on holiday. This means any orders placed between October 1st and October 7th will not be shipped until after the holiday. We’ll start sending packages out again on October 8th, fulfilling orders in the sequence they were received.
- Customer Support: Our team will have limited availability during this period. We won’t have live chat on October 1st or 2nd as well as October 4th to 6th, our email responses will also be slower than usual. We appreciate your patience as we get back up to speed and clear the backlog of messages after the break.
We’ll do our best to minimize the disruption and get back to providing you with our usual fast and reliable service.
