In the search for gold the cycling industry mostly leaves you with small nuggets or gold-plated things.
This, my cycling friends, is a solid 1kg bar of pure gold.
It epitomizes what a road bike should be: light, stiff, aero and comfortable (it has more comfort than you think :-).
Yes, it will start arguments with your wife about why you had to buy another bike, but life is full of hard decisions anyway.
On group rides you will get a lot of compliments and be asked to spend a lot of time in the front. Everyone wants to know how fast this is out front in the wind. So get out there and make the guys drafting you think about cake and not about pulling a turn.
If after the ride you realize you need to adjust the front mech you will have to take the rear bottle cage off. It completely blocks access to the front mech.
Speaking of bottles, get some aero bottles as they will complement this frame very much.
Mounting a mini pump on this sort of frame is a no-no. But if you mostly ride at night and nobody sees you you can get away with a medium sized pump it if you install it inverted. Otherwise it will interfere with the bottom bracket. Or leave the pump at home and get the team car to follow you.
If you can not afford to build this bike, just buy the frame and hang it up on a wall where you can look at it. It’s that nice to look at.
If you can afford to build it, this frame deserves the best of the best components you can get your hands on.
Now I need to talk to my wife about getting the AR:ONE as well. Wish me luck!

Quick Pro ER:ONE review in Size Large.
Build quality/process: 4/5.
I’m not a bike mechanic and this is my first time building a bike with all the modern intricacies, namely fully internal cables and seat post wedges and overall the experience was pain free.
The fit and finish of the frame was of very high quality, the bottom bracket and brake mounts were all faced well and most of the included accessories are of high quality such as Titanium bolts and well fitting rubber grommets for the open holes. The headset related accessories such as the bearings are not of the highest quality but they do the job.
I did have a couple of minor issues with the build though.
Firstly the threads of the Bottom bracket had some paint and clear coat in, ideally I would have chased this but being a home mechanic I did not have the tool so I had to make do with turning the bb in and out multiple times, I also had the same experience with the thru axles. I also had an issue where the holes in the bars for the spacers are narrower than the spikes on the spacers, this led to the spike breaking off in the handles bars and ending up jammed in, but this doesn’t really effect anything other than how aligned the spacers are with the bar, lastly I had an issue with the seat post creaking in the frame which I resolved by applying a bunch of carbon grip paste and doing up the clamp really tight.
The ride experience: 5/5.
My expectations for this frame were that it would be fast, but very stiff, uncomfortable and a bit lazier handling compared to my Giant TCR SL in a size smaller (Medium).
The first thing I noticed on riding was just how much more compliant it was than my Giant, there is so much less road buzz. Now whether that is this frame being compliant or the Giant just being incredibly non compliant I’m not sure, but either way I have no qualms with it’s comfort, secondly it feels just as sharp handling wise as the giant which is especially impressive being a size larger. As for the speed I can’t say it’s any noticeably faster but that’s to be expected I guess but there is no way it isn’t based on the tube profiles.

So I tool the gamble and went with a Quick Pro ER:ONE in Size Med. in Starlight White, and I added the ZEPHYR-SSL handlebars in 360mm with 100mm Stem.
Please be aware, it wasn’t an issue for me but the seat-post is a 0 degree offset. I have now had a bike fit and the seat is now actually in the middle of its range. (I was way out with my setup.)
I went with Dura-Ace and I had a set of Magene Ultra DB405 Wheels and Magene QED505 Power Meter Cranks to put on it.
Built it myself which was super easy. The frame, forks and the handlebars all had pulls in them. I had a couple of questions along the way and Panda Podium were quick to respond and very helpful. I had ordered the CYBREI T47 Bottom Bracket with the bike, but they reached out and advised that it wouldn’t fit the ER:ONE, before I ordered it.
Ready to race 7.02kg’s… And yes I am thinking of how to get it into the 6kg range!
I am 177cm Tall and do a bit of Masters Crit racing. Last bike was a BMC TeamMachine. This is so much better than the BMC it is actually funny!
I am very impressed with it. It rides very smooth. The cornering is planted. When you put power down it launches…
Really happy with it and $5000 cheaper build than the BMC…
I hope this helps…
Thanks Panda Podium. Adrian

I am 193 cm tall (85 kg) and decided on the XL frame in carbon black. My saddle height is 84 cm, which is 1 cm above the seat post limit, but I haven’t had any problems with it so far. I also needed a 3 cm spacer at the front. It would be great if the top tube of the XL frameset is about 1.5 cm higher. Then it would fit perfectly. Just for reference for other buyers. The paintwork has no defects and, as far as I can see, the carbon is perfectly finished.
I built it myself with Ultegra, Zephyr SSL handlebars 130/360 mm, CeramicSpeed BB and Xcadey PM with Rotor cranks.
With the Newmen Vonoa Climb wheels (1050 g) and Sram Red 10-33 cassette, the bike weighed 6.9 kg (!XL!) with pedals, two bottle holders, and a Garmin mount.
With the DT Swiss ARC1100 50 mm with Ultegra cassette, I’m at 7.4 kg.
The bike was easy to assemble, I had no problems and all the small parts were included. The bike is stiff and rides really well. I often do sprints at around 1400W and the bike is really fast. Downhills are also great to ride.
I can recommend the frameset.
