Aero Optmised Profiles

 

The AEROWAV features specific airfoil profiling across the tops and transitions to minimize drag. These optimized shapes are designed to help the bike cut through the air more efficiently at higher speeds.

Ergonomic Lift For Better Fit

 

To help riders achieve a balanced position, the bar features 20mm of upward lift at the ends. This allows you to maintain a more comfortable position during long rides without relying on a large stack of headset spacers. It offers the aesthetic of an aggressive, low-profile race bike while providing the practical ergonomics needed for endurance and long-distance cycling.

T800 and M60 Construction

 

The cockpit is built using a blend of T800 and M60 carbon fiber to balance weight and stiffness. It has been tested for impact resistance at 10kg/550mm and offers a bending rigidity of 86N/mm (on the 400/110 model). This construction ensures the bars feel solid and responsive during out-of-the-saddle sprints and hard efforts.

3D-Printed Titanium Mounting


For the SR+ version, we’ve included a 3D-printed titanium alloy mount that integrates directly with the cockpit. The hollowed-out lattice design reduces weight while providing a stable, dual-sided attachment point for a cycling computer and an action camera. This keeps your accessories centered and secure without the need for additional bar clamps.

Simplified Transport and Warranty

 

The AEROWAV is designed with a unique cable guide that provides extra slack when the bars are detached from the fork. This makes it significantly easier to fold the bars against the frame for travel or packing. Additionally, the unit is backed by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects, with a crash replacement program offering 30% off for severe accidental damage.
