Shipping & Delivery

Almost every price on our website includes free shipping. The $ amount needed for free shipping varies by country. For most countries it’s $20, but for the USA it’s $200. However, given most products on our website are already above $200, for most orders, it’s still Free Shipping. We want to simplify the shopping experience so all prices include delivery to your door. So for most orders to most countries; the price you see is the price you pay.

The best way to know shipping costs is to add your items to your cart, enter your address and see which options are presented.

What are my choices for shipping?

Depending on your country and the items chosen, there are a few shipping options available:

Standard Shipping:

Standard shipping is free on most orders to most countries. Our standard shipping prioritizes getting the goods to you safely and without any unwanted taxes or fees. For most countries we are able to prepay duties. In the unlikely event you are faced with fees, these fees are your responsibility and we will not be held accountable. However, most goods to most countries will be free of duties when choosing standard shipping. Due to standard shipping’s emphasis on minimising duties and fees, it’s not the fastest shipping option. Packages often sit in import / export warehouses while paperwork is taken care of. Expect your goods to arrive in about 20-30 business days. We’ll supply you with a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can see where your goods are.

Priority Shipping:

Similar to ‘Standard’ but faster. We also prepay duties when sending the goods. If Standard takes 20-30 business days, Priority takes 10-20 business days. Some countries will not have the option to upgrade to priority shipping and the cost to upgrade to priority shipping will vary depending on destination and size of package. Add your items to your cart, enter your address, and see what option is available. 

Express Shipping:

Express shipping carries a surcharge depending on the goods chosen and the destination country. The priority is on getting the goods to you as fast as possible. There is a very high chance that you will have to pay import taxes or duties when choosing express shipping.  Express shipping is expensive and we are unable to prepay any duties or taxes. We only recommend this option if you really need your things ASAP.

What if my package gets damaged in shipping?

Don’t worry. Firstly we only choose reputable courriers to minimize the risk of damage. However if your goods are damaged in transit you are insured. We will work out a solution with you ASAP.

What should I do if the package arrives damaged?

FIrstly, if you sign for the goods make sure you check the goods before signing. If you notice some damage to the packaging you can sign for the package as DAMAGED. If the goods inside the package are clearly damaged you can outright refuse the package. If your goods arrived damaged, take photos of the damage and email them to us at sales@pandapodium.cc . We’ll work with you to resolve the problem.

Is my package tracked?

Yes! We will send you a tracking number a day or two after your goods leave our warehouse. Sometimes the tracking numbers don’t update until the goods get to their destination country, but rest assured – the package is on the way.

Shipping Exceptions

We are able to fulfil over 99% of orders with most packages to most countries. However, due to the ever-changing global situation we are occasionally unable to ship certain items to certain locations. In cases like this, we will contact the buyer to try arrange a solution. Either a refund of the order or we will explore additional shipping options that may require additional shipping fees. We try our best to not reach this situation, but some things are out of our control.

Taxes & Duties

As described above, our standard and priority shipping methods allow us to prepay duties for most (but not all) countries. During the checkout process we will describe the shipping method and state whether or not we prepay duties to your country. Regardless of any description, all duties and taxes remain the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot realistically monitor, control or predict the import laws of every country.
